Total delivery time includes the manufacturing process & shipping time. The manufacturing process usually takes 3 – 5 business days for a custom TPE doll and about a month for s custom silicone doll. depending on your selected custom options. Normally Shipping time is 5-7 working days. You will receive a confirmation mail when your order is ready for shipping.

Returns & Refund Policy
Since our products are custom-made and specially made for you, unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or refunds.
All our dolls have gone through the official quality check before leaving the factory. but if you received a damaged doll caused by shipping, We will help you by sending another replacement or offer you a fair discount, It will depend on the nature of the incident.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellation for customized sex dolls is possible 48 hours after the order is placed. Manufacturing usually takes 1-3 days. We can stop the manufacturing process. After 48 hours, you cannot cancel the order.
- For in-stock dolls, only within 6 hours.
- For customized dolls, only possible within the first 48 hours.
