We take safety in the first place, Our dolls are using medical-level TPE material. it is a 100% Japanese manufacturer of Kuraray’s medical TPE (Thermo Plastic Elastomer) (manufactured in the United States). The materials are non-toxic as well as non-hazardous.

For in-stock dolls, we ship directly from our warehouse in USA/Hong Kong, For customized dolls, Our staff will inspect your doll and arrange to ship from China.

Free shipping around the world!

Yep. We ship worldwide, but in some areas, we don’t deliver because of national policy. So basically we can ship to the US, Canada, Australia, and Japan. And most Western countries: United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Poland, Finland, Denmark, Switzerland….. We can’t ship to South America or The Middle East.

We will arrange your order once payment is received. For stock dolls, It has a very short processing period and takes 5-7 days for delivery. For custom dolls request 1-3 days for manufacturing. and 15-20 days for silicone version dolls. Your doll will then be carefully packaged and shipped. Shipping to the United States takes 5 to 7 days. tracking number will be provided once available.

At Doll Cabin, our customer’s privacy is very important to us. We will not share or sell your information to anyone.

Yep. It’s 100% discreet. We use durable and opaque cardboard boxes without any label or brand on them.

If you pay via PayPal/PayPal Credit Card, We will send you a PayPal link for payment after you place an order. So it will only show your order number on your bill. No sex doll or love doll words showing on your bill. 100% discreet. If you wanna pay via bank transfer, Please leave a note of the order number when you make the payment. No more, No less. So we will arrange produce according to that order number.

For in-stock dolls, It will take 3-5 days to your address. Customized dolls, will cost 1-3 days to produce and 5-7 days to deliver. For customers outside of the USA, It will take around 20 days for delivery.

Yes, You will get a tracking number once available via Email.

Nope, We will prepare all the paperwork for you. And you just need to wait till the doll arrives at your place.

We have covered import fees for you.

I am afraid nope. We cannot deliver to a PO Box.

If you live outside of the USA. YES and NO.Yes, If you wanna fast shipping. like 7-10 days. We will ship via UPS, and you need to pay taxes. No, We have a special line but takes around 20 days. We will cover your taxes.
