Total delivery time includes the manufacturing process & shipping time. The manufacturing process usually takes 1 – 3 business days for a custom S-TPE doll. Depending on your selected custom options. Normally, Shipping time is 5-7 working days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for shipping.

Returns & Refund Policy
Because our products are custom-made just for you, we unfortunately can’t offer returns or refunds.
That said, every doll undergoes a thorough quality check before it leaves our factory. But if yours arrives damaged in transit, we’ll make it right — either by sending a replacement or offering a fair discount, depending on what happened.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellation for customized sex dolls is possible 48 hours after the order is placed. Manufacturing usually takes 1-3 days. We can stop the manufacturing process. After 48 hours, you cannot cancel the order.
- For in-stock dolls, only within 6 hours.
- For customized dolls, only possible within the first 48 hours.
- Within 12 hours: Full Refund
- Within 24 hours: 80% Refund
- Within 48 hours: 60% Refund
